What this website collects, which is nothing, and what happens to your details if you get in touch with Porer Café.
This page is short, because the website is. Porer is a coffee bar, not a data business, and the site was built so there would be nothing to explain here.
What this website collects
Nothing.
There is no contact form, no account to create, no booking system and no database. Every button on the site is a phone link, a map link or an email link, all of which hand you over to your own phone or mail app. The site itself records nothing about you.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies.
It also makes no third-party requests: no analytics, no advertising tracking, no embedded video, no map widget, no font loaded from somebody else’s server and no social button that phones home. Nothing on the page is fetched from anywhere but this site’s own address, which is why there is no cookie banner — there is nothing to ask you to agree to.
What the server records
The site is served by a hosting company, and like any web server it writes a line in a log for each request: the address the request came from, the time, the page asked for and the browser that asked. That is how a server is kept running and kept secure. Those logs are not read for marketing, and nothing on this site ties them to a name.
If you get in touch
Once you call or email, we have whatever you sent: the number or address you contacted us from, and whatever you wrote. It is used to answer you and for nothing else. It is not sold on, and nobody is added to a mailing list they did not ask for.

Who is responsible
PORER COFFEE d.o.o. is the controller of any personal data that reaches it this way. The company’s details, and how to reach it, are on the legal information page.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Call or email and it will be done — there is no form and no process.
If you think your data has been handled badly, you can complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), though we would rather you told us first so it can be put right.
